Want to be Mentored? Here’s How!

Multi-ethnic Young Attractive Woman Socializing with Friend in Her Kitchen.

By Natalie, Editress of Visionary Womanhood

I read a great article last week called How to Be Mentored without a Mentor. I don’t want to repeat too much of what Jodi wrote, so I encourage you to go over and read it. I do want to say that I have often given women the same advice Jodi gives, because I have also had to make due without an older woman coming alongside of me on a regular basis in a mentorship type relationship.

And I have also been grateful for the “mentors” that God HAS brought along the journey—in the form of books! I highlight just a few of my lifetime favorites HERE.

I want to remind you of the unprecedented opportunity to lay hold of a collection of 97 eBooks (for only $29.97) that cover all kinds of areas in a woman’s life from marriage to parenting to budgeting to decorating to cooking to…you get the picture? Perhaps you are in need of some mentoring yourself? Or if not, you probably know a young woman who is looking for someone to come alongside her with encouragement, direction, and advice.

{UPDATE: THE ULTIMATE HOMEMAKING EBOOK SALE IS NOW OVER!}

Just a small sampling of the books in this package!

Just a small sampling of the books in this package!

This book package represents over 100 women who have been there.  And they’ve spent time and money to assemble resources aimed at mentoring other women. I have never seen an offer like this in all my living years. I hope many of you will be able to take advantage of it. Mother’s Day is coming up. You could ask your family to gift you with this set! Or you could give it to another woman you know who would benefit from the wealth of information and help.

I believe these kinds of opportunities are God’s provision for young women in our century. We don’t have many older women picking up the banner of mentoring and running with it. God has not left the younger women to starve.

Remember that if you purchase this bundle on this website, you will have be able to get a free set of three regular or tinted lip balms ($15 value) from our family’s online store, Apple Valley Natural Soap. These balms are made with virgin argan and jojoba oils, scented with real vanilla absolute, and tinted with lovely earth pigments. They add a sun-kissed look to your lips and keep them moisturized and healthy. Our lip balms are different from every other lip balm I’ve examined (and tested!) out there – and our customer reviews attest to that!

I do get a portion of all sales made from this website.  Many of you know that I am in the final stages of publishing a book called Three Decades of Fertility: Ten Women Surrender to the Creator and Embrace Life. The costs of publishing this book are all out of pocket. I believe God might be pleased to cover those costs through the book bundle sales this week.

May God build you up through the fellowship of His people AND through the reading of excellent books!

    Mrs. Klejwa,
    An amazing post. Thank you so much. I wanted to thank you because through these past two years I’ve been reading here at VW, I realized that God has used you as a mentor in my life. Blessings to you and thank you for being faithful to running Visionary Womanhood. I am extremely grateful.

    • Ah Gretchen, you don’t know how much that means to me – especially this morning. I am grateful to God for using your words to give me courage today. He is always there, always carefully ordering the events of our lives, both big and small – even through the messes that we make in our Wemmickness. Thank you for writing. I am blessed.
