What Does Herbal Salve Have to Do With God?

Everything

The entire world revolves around Him.  Just because that ancient Wemmick, Plato, philosophized that the sacred and the secular, the immaterial and the material, were completely separate entities, doesn’t mean it’s true.  But Wemmicks have been living split lives as a result ever since. (Learn more in the fascinating book, Total Truth.)

You know…we’ve got our spiritual life…our church and devotion life on one hand.  And then there’s our business life, our home and school life, our REAL life…on the other hand.  And beware the oddball Wemmick who shall mix the two.

The winds of change are blowing.  We are starting to realize how unhealthy it is to keep the two apart.  God made both the material and the immaterial.  They are both part of His domain.  When we live and work and learn and worship, entwining the two together as God originally intended, we find the joy and fulfillment God had in mind for us.

Just a small, sweet way to experience a taste of heaven on earth.  Because once we are with Him, in the flesh, it will be obvious that it was never meant to be otherwise.

So, about that salve…

God gave us myriads of healing plants to aid our bodies in recovering from various illnesses and injuries. One of the helpful ways our family has found to tap into these healing plants is to make a salve.

I’m sharing all the details behind our Organic Herbal Salve over at Keeper of the Home today.  It’s simple to make, and it’s beneficial for a number of applications.  Find out how to use it AND what other people have to say about it over at Keeper.  And then treasure the Creator by giving thanks for His good gifts!
